Your Future is Bright and Secure
Luke 4:1- 4 -Then Jesus, being filled with the Holy Spirit, returned from the Jordan and was led by the Spirit into the wilderness, 2 being tempted for forty days by the devil. And in those days He ate nothing, and afterward, when they had ended, He was hungry.3 And the devil said to Him, “If You are the Son of God, command this stone to become bread.” 4 But Jesus answered him, saying, “It is written, ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.’ (NKJV) Jesus overcame every word the devil spoke to Him with the word of God! It is time to live on and the speak the written word of God to overcome now! Today is your day to start overcoming in every area of life!
John 16:33 - These things I have spoken to you, that in Me you may have peace. In the world you will have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world.” (NKJV) If His words were spoken so that you can have peace, then His words should be paramount over all other words you hear. Focus on what Jesus has already said by speaking what He has spoken. Any trouble you are experiencing in the physical, mental, or financial realms, you can overcome with Him right now. What Jesus has already said takes you toward Him and not the trouble.
Many are looking for peace in provision or in healing. God’s peace is in the overcomer and the healer -- Jesus himself. The blessings and healings are assured by His word, and He has delivered them to you. It is just time for you to receive! That’s a good place to shout! Speak peace right now! Confess it now: “I receive the peace of God! I have overcome.”
Philippians 4:6-7 – Be anxious for nothing, but in prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your request be made know to God; and the peace of God which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus. (NKJV). If you think and talk the trouble, you will have no peace. Speak God’s word back to Him in prayer, and His peace will manifest in you, to guard your heart and mind. Protection from your mind going over and over the defeating thoughts is to have God’s word coming out of your mouth! Speak out and practice the word today, and you will realize the words of defeat bombarding your mind are of no effect!
If you have Jesus in you, you have overcome! Confess it now: “I am an overcomer because Jesus made me one!”
