Proverbs – 4:18 - But the path of the just is like the shining sun, That shines ever brighter unto the perfect day. Whose path is bright? The believer. Why talk darkness or lack? Your path is supposed to be bright. Many times believers are not off the path, they have just allowed themselves to grow dim. No matter what how much darkness is around you, in your family, or the world, you are on a clear, bright path. What could be brighter than the sun? Our path (way of living) should be beaming with the light of the Word of God!

Proverbs – 4:19- The way of the wicked is like darkness; they do not know what makes them stumble. If you are stumbling around in certain areas, you might not be off the path, but you just need to turn on the light. Press in to the word! Staying off the path of wicked keeps you from stumbling in your money, your mind and your family! Satan wants to bring dark clouds over you, but God wants you to be bright, alert and receptive to His promises! Wicked words and thoughts produce wicked ways which produce wicked results! Words and thoughts of light produce blessing and peace results!

Psalm 91:3 – Surely he shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler and from the perilous pestilence.  If darkness has caused you to stumble into the snare of Satan, you can be freed right now. Right living from the word can shine the light again in your life, and you will see your way clear to the destination you want to arrive at in your future, family, ministry and finances. If you were on a path of light and somehow darkness came in, allowing you to be snared, get loose now! If mental darkness has come, stop it now, spiritually with the word!
