The Anointing for Increase - Part I
Luke 4:18 (NKJV)18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives and recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed…
Jesus yielded to the Holy Ghost and the result was that He was anointed break off physical, mental and financial oppression! The cure for oppression is the anointing. He announced that He was anointed, and so should we, to let the enemy know he cannot overtake us. Declare the gospel right now over yourself and your finances, and the anointing will manifest to supernaturally break lack off of you and your thinking. Lack thinking produces lack talking, which produces lack in your life. If finances are not flowing, then preach the gospel to yourself in this area and act on God’s word that He reveals to you. Increase will come! The word works well on lack circumstances.
Luke 2:52 (NKJV) And Jesus increased in wisdom and stature, and in favor with God and men.
If Jesus is in us and He increased in wisdom and favor with the father and man, we can too. Speak this now out loud, “I am increasing in wisdom. I have favor with God and man.” Some people miss out on the favor of God because they don’t know they have it. Stand on the word and allow the anointing to manifest favor for increase that could come no other way. Many people are overworked and stressed out trying to do it all alone. God never intended for you to be worn out and not finish your course. You can increase in the wisdom and favor of God, which will help you make decisions that bring increase of resources, without worry and exhaustion.
Luke 5:4-7 (NJKV) 4 When He had stopped speaking, He said to Simon, “Launch out into the deep and let down your nets for a catch.”5 But Simon answered and said to Him, “Master, we have toiled all night and caught nothing; nevertheless, at Your word I will let down the net.” 6 And when they had done this, they caught a great number of fish, and their net was breaking. 7 So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them. And they came and filled both the boats, so that they began to sink.
If you were a professional fisherman whose livelihood is on the line, and you are catching nothing, you would need the anointing to show up! In this case, Jesus speaks a word in season. When they obeyed it, their nets started filling up and breaking with abundance. Notice, it says, “a great number of fish.” So, they went from zero fish to a great number -- that is the anointing to supernaturally increase. You might be a pro at what you do but never get so comfortable that you think you don’t need the Anointed One and His anointing. Just do what He says, and lack will flee. Every fish you need will start swimming toward your nets. Thank you for your giving into CGM.
